Oooooo..so tough. I would probably do it personally, because I'm so vain. But I can see why one might regret it. However, you'll still be the same wonderful you no matter what you decide, so if it would make you feel better, by all means! I would SO choose a tummy tuck if I could afford it, but I'd hardly call my tummy an intrinsic part of my persona. Now if Santa Claus had a tummy tuck... But I digress.
