Except for the flight quantity question, I'm not sure Air Canada would be significantly better. My 3 Air Canada roundtrips included: 1. An involuntary overnight in Toronto because the crew arrived 5 hours late for the my Madrid-Toronto flight. 2. A multi-hour flight delay for Montreal-Boston (for the "last flight of the evening") because Air Canada airport staff forgot our flight existed - so the pilot *waited on the plane for the order to board us and take off*. The only reason our flight took off at all is some passengers got worried that the airport was closing and pestered the United Express gate agent who was closing up until they acutally tried to find someone who could figure out what was going on. And even if you say they messed up 2 out of 12 segments (since each roundtrip was a connection both ways), that's still not a batting average that inspires much confidence.
