If you live in Toronto, even if you are lactose intolerant, go to the Cheese Boutique.

Food tourism at it's finest.  It is crammed with all kinds of...stuff.  And the people inside the square of cheese/meat/pate/etc cases will help you choose.  With samples.  And they had fresh peas.  I love fresh peas.  They are expensive, but entirely worth it as you don't even have to cook them, they are so delicious.  We ate them on Monday night along with, of course, some stinky cheese and a few other treats.  The spicy sardines were a little too much for me, but Joey loved them.

Tonight, I will finally cook with my Thai basil.
